Membership tiers and the deposit bonus
Four tiers earned by what you spend. Diamond deposits earn +10%.
Your tier is earned by what you have actually spent in the shop, and it raises the bonus on every deposit you make afterwards. There is nothing to apply for and nothing to pay for.
The four tiers

How spend is counted
Only orders that were actually delivered count towards your total. A refunded order does not โ if an order could not be delivered and the money came back to your balance, it never counted, and your tier reflects that.
Orders still being confirmed do not count yet either. They start counting once they are delivered.
How the bonus is worked out
There are two ways to earn a deposit bonus: the size of the deposit, and your tier. You receive whichever is HIGHER โ they are not added together.

Your current tier, your total spend and how much is left to reach the next one are shown on your Transactions page. Every figure there is calculated by us, not by your browser.
Tiers never expire and are never taken away for inactivity. They can only change if an order is refunded, because a refunded order was never spend.
