When a deposit has not arrived

What to check, in what order, and what to send support so it can be traced in one message.

Almost every missing deposit is one of five things. Work down the list before contacting anyone โ€” four of the five you can resolve yourself in under a minute.

1. The amount did not match exactly

On the on-chain USDT route the figure you are asked to send carries four decimal places, and those digits are what identify your transfer among everyone else's. If you sent a round number instead, it cannot be matched automatically.

2. Your exchange deducted its withdrawal fee

Most exchanges take their fee out of the amount you send rather than adding it on top. If the fee is 1 USDT and you sent the displayed figure, what arrived is 1 USDT short and no longer matches.

3. The wrong network

The on-chain route accepts USDT on TRC-20. USDT sent on another network arrives at a different address entirely and cannot be seen by this shop at all.

4. It has not been read yet

On-chain deposits are matched on a cycle, not instantly. Give it fifteen minutes before treating it as missing. Binance Pay is the route that credits in seconds.

5. The Binance Pay window closed

An Order ID pasted more than 30 minutes after the transfer is outside the automatic window. The funds are safe and will be credited by hand.

What to send support

  • The transaction hash, for an on-chain transfer โ€” or the Binance Pay Order ID.
  • The exact amount that left your wallet.
  • The network you used.
  • The email on your account here.
